◆Display ratings with a 5-star mark On January 20, 2023, Sun Frontier Realty Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sun Frontier Realty) announced that it has obtained "BELS" certification from the Japan Housing Performance Evaluation and Display Association for six properties it manages. "BELS" is an energy performance labeling system for buildings that started in 2014, which displays ratings based on the primary energy consumption of buildings using a 5-star mark. ◆Two properties received a 4-star rating In this certification, "＋SHIFT MITA" in Minato Ward, Shiba, and "Higashi-Nihonbashi Central Place" in Chuo Ward, Higashi-Nihonbashi, both managed by Sun Frontier Realty, received a 4-star rating. Additionally, three properties, "MARK SQUARE Okachimachi," "AKIHABARA CENTRAL SQUARE," and "THE SHORE Nihonbashi Kayabacho," received a 3-star rating, while "＋SHIFT TUKIJI" received a 2-star rating. In recent years, as real estate companies and funds are increasingly required to consider environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, Sun Frontier Realty will continue to promote the acquisition of certifications such as BELS and other environmental certifications.
